Zur Person
Seit Mai 2025 ist Clelia Bieler für die Stiftung bilding im Einsatz, im Bereich der Kommunikation und als Verantwortliche für verschiedene Projekte, unter anderem den Engineers' Day.
Die ausgebildete Sozial- und Kommunikationswissenschaftlerin bringt ein grosses Netzwerk im Bereich der MINT-Bildung mit und engagiert sich seit über 15 Jahren dafür, mehr Kinder und Jugendliche für Technik, Informatik und Naturwissenschaften zu begeistern, mit besonderem Fokus auf Mädchen und junge Frauen. Seit 2017 ist sie Inhaberin und Geschäftsfüherin ihres eigenen Unternehmens Frau MINT.

Study as civil engineer FH / STV with additional studies in industrial engineering STV and NDS construction and energy. Several years of experience in various functions as civil engineer, controller, managing director and board member in the Swiss construction industry in national and international corporate structures. Most recently member of the General Directorate of CRH Gétaz Holding and responsible CEO of Building Materials Trade in German-speaking Switzerland. He has been working as a partner at E.M.S. for more than ten years. AG.

Software developer at a life insurance company. Team leader in the software area of CIM solutions. Founder and Managing Director of an ERP system house with solutions for the manufacturing industry. Most recently branch manager of an international ERP manufacturer. He has been working as a partner at E.M.S. AG for ten years.
